  • 1 sugar cube
  • 4 drops Angostura bitters
  • ½oz Dubonnet Red
  • Champagne
Cover sugar cube with bitters, add Dubonnet and top up with champagne.


Is there a better way to end a sentence than "...and top up with champagne"? I feel like we could all apply that to everyday conversation and greatly improve our quality of life. And this is no different - all kind of herbal flavours are flowing from the bitters and the Dubonnet, through the sugar cube, into the bubbles, and thence to my heart.
