That faint blue line in the picture? That's fire, I promise. We're lucky to have even that much photographic evidence - had to float some extra rum on top to even get the damn thing to catch at all. And in truth it probably doesn't have any effect on the final taste, but it's undeniably cool. The peppermint schnapps is a lot sharper than the creme de menthe, so as minty coffee cocktails go, this is the new high point.
