Amaretto is a strange beast that requires plenty of taming. Always walking that fine line between almond and cherry, one false measure can ruin your drink. This one is really pushing that boundary - at first nothing but that dangerous amaretto-ness, until ever so slowly the dairy and the chocolate round it out to something rich but not unpleasant.
