  • 1oz tequila
  • 1oz rum
  • 1oz grapefruit juice
  • 2oz pineapple juice
Shake, strain.


Cancun would have been a better name, from a geography point of view, but its heart at least is in the right place. Combining the Mexican and Caribbean flavour profiles actually turns out to be a kind of inspired choice - the tartness of the grapefruit cuts the sweet pineapple, and anyone who's ever had a Long Island knows that rum and tequila go just fine together.
