On paper, this one doesn't even seem fair: all it is is a deconstructed margarita, and a Cadillac at that. Shouldn't even count as a cocktail of its own. In practice, though, there's something askew. The lime comes in too late to join the party, and without its moderating influence the tequila and the Marnier are at each other's throats. In your throat. Which isn't as much fun as it sounds.
